Position Summary: Manage the year end accounting process which includes: year end reconciliation for all segments, Middle Market, Public and Labor and National Accounts: - Reconciliation of all performance guarantees - Handle settlements of all refunds to customers - Adhere to Schedule C and Schedule A ERISA filings Other Responsibilities: - Establish strong working relationships with account team staff and management as well as other internal matrix partners - Collaborate with all business partners (Finance, UW, Sales, Product) to set strategy Required Qualifications: - Strong mathematical skills - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment - Results-driven with a strong focus on productivity and achieving o...
