Job Summary: U.S. Electrical Services is searching for a Lighting Sales and Leadership Trainee to join their team! This exciting rotational, leadership training program is available in multiple locations and will include assignments that will vary throughout our regional branches and central distribution centers. Responsibilities: As a Lighting Sales and Leadership Trainee, you’ll complete an intensive, 18 - 2 4 month Lighting Sales Leadership program that consists of up to seven distinct phases: Warehouse, Counter Sales, Project Management, Estimating, Project Management II, and Sales Mentorship.
