Job description

Position Summary: Provides general observational support for assigned patient care area. Works with other members of the patient care team to deliver care to patients in age groups including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics based on unit population. Experience: Advanced Certification or training (i.e. LPN, Crisis Training, Tech) Constant Observation or One to One observation experience preferred, but not necessary. Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent preferred Essential Functions: Other Duties: Participates in performance improvement activities to improve service and care.
