⠀ As an Electrical Instructor, you will report to the CAE Senior Instructor. Utilising methods such as face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers, you will deliver a range of courses from the PSTC suite of training including but not limited to: The role we are offering you - Naval Electrical Systems and Equipment Maintenance - Naval Power Generation Equipment - Integrated Platform Management Systems Operation/Maintenance - PLC Programming/Maintenance - All activities necessary to deliver specific training courses - Support operation instruction to ensure successful training outcomes and training events - Perform in the role as a SME - Implementing approved changes maintaining the learning management packages - Demonstrate and integrate safe behaviour in day-to-day operations Location: - Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within first 12months of employment) - Cert III or higher in Electrical Fitting or similar - Ideally will have a Naval background, but not essential - Randwick, NSW What CAE offers you: - Opportunity to make a considerable impact on Australian defence and security - Exciting career paths in a truly global bu...
