This role will support the Debt, Equity, and Structured Finance Team in Newmark’s Los Angeles office in Century City. The ideal candidate will be a high performing individual that has prior commercial real estate experience and brings a strong background in automation and artificial intelligence integration. Candidates should be capable of integrating AI-driven tools and automation strategies to enhance analytical capabilities, improve workflow efficiency, and support data-driven decision making, while providing financial analyses, analytical decision support services, and technical expertise for a broad array of financial and operational projects and initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Capital Markets Execution Support the placement of senior, bridge, construction, mezzanine, and permanent debt as well as preferred and joint-venture equity. Prepare institutional-quality loan request packages, investment summaries, and lender/equity investor outreach materials. Coordinate term sheet comparisons, structure optimization, and capital stack recommendations.
