A Brief Overview: The Senior Workforce Analyst plays a critical role in advancing Safelite's workforce planning capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, field leaders, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance analytical tools and processes that improve visibility into workforce performance and support effective capacity decision-making. This position balances hands‑on analytical work with forward‑looking solution design—developing scrappy, high-impact tools while laying the groundwork for future scalable systems, intelligence layers, and long‑term workforce capability maturity.
