Configuration Services WW Product Manager Description -: Within HP Services , in Lifecycle Services Business Unit, this WW Product Manager role is responsible for strategically engaging in the development, implementation and governance of Configuration Services (aka factory services) throughout the lifecycle of PC commercial devices , ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and seamless service delivery. The role collaborates globally to implement innovative services and solutions to meet evolving customer demands and drive profitable growth, with a specific focus on the Channel landscape across the 3 regions, especially in EMEA. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance. The role is with P&L responsibilities , to ensure revenue growth while meeting margin expectations, overlooking the end-to-end for the portfolio of services the Product Manager oversees.
