We are working closely with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Cleaner, on a 3-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £12.71- £16.43 per hour Summary: Southern Housing is seeking a hardworking and reliable Estate Services Cleaner to join our Assets & Sustainability directorate. Reporting through the Estate Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of our residential estates.This is a physically demanding manual labour role that serves as the "face" of our service, ensuring that communal areas, walkways, and open spaces are kept to a high standard. Your work directly contributes to the well-being of our residents and the sustainability of our community assets.
