Complex Motor Claims Handler

Job description

We are seeking a Motor Claims Adjuster with a wide ranging skill set and experience of managing third party claims for bodily injury, third party property damage and credit hire claims (the latter is optional). The candidate will actively support the department in providing a customer focused, cost efficient claims handling service by a pro-active approach to claims handling that puts customer service as the core value whilst operating within a regulatory framework. The role will require interaction with internal claims teams and stakeholders, brokers, insureds, external providers and third party agents. A training framework and support network will be provided for the successful candidate to learn new skills and knowledge on all aspects of motor claims - technical, legal liabilities, coverage, quantum, legal/regulatory procedure, negotiation and assessment skills etc – to manage a portfolio of complex motor claims.
