ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Responsible for interviewing, training, and selecting employees for the department. - Respond to and handle employee concerns in a timely and efficient manner. - Recommend or take appropriate action when administering disciplinary processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. - Responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring the work of the team members in assigned area(s). - Responsible for monitoring legal compliance with federal, state and gaming laws. - Weighs, counts, wraps and records slot drop according to procedure. - Sorts, counts and records contents of table game drop boxes according to procedure. - Verifies quantity against records. - Transfers coin from hard count room to coin storage room. - Prepares bank deposits of coin. Wraps bank purchases of coin. - Responsible for general upkeep of hard and soft count room. - Repairs and maintains count room equipment. - Always presents oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
