The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes, supporting Federal Government HR modernization initiatives. This role requires extensive experience with HCM platforms, federal HR policy, and large-scale system implementations. As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities and innovative HR technology solutions to our Federal Government customers , helping modernize and strengthen federal workforce operations.
