Job description

As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our food manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, surfaces, and production areas meet regulatory sanitation requirements, thereby contributing to the safety and quality of our food products. Night: Back End Schedule: Wed.-Sat. every other Thurs. This includes but is not limited to equipment disassembly, chemical cleaning, and sanitation of production areas. Inspection and Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify sanitation issues or areas requiring maintenance. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, and promptly report any deficiencies or replenishment needs.
