State Street Investment Management (“State Street IM”, formerly State Street Global Advisors) is seeking a Global Head of Quality Assurance (QA) to lead and modernize the firm’s Quality function across a highly regulated, global investment management environment. This executive role is responsible for defining and executing the firm-wide QA and Quality Engineering strategy, including the adoption of AI-enabled testing, test automation at scale, and the evolution toward a modern, engineering-driven quality model. The role will establish a consistent global QA operating model and partner closely with business-aligned engineering teams across regions, including US, China and India, to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. Reporting to the Global Head of Architecture and Engineering Governance within the COO organization, this role is central to State Street IM’s transformation toward a Product, Platform, and Service (PPS) operating model.
