Job Title Predictive Reliability Tech Position Overview: Shaw Industries is hiring a Predictive Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of production assets across the fibers manufacturing site. This role focuses on early detection of equipment failure through vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication monitoring, ultrasonic inspection, and other predictive technologies. The technician partners closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to interpret condition‑monitoring data, recommend corrective actions, and execute preventive tasks that keep the plant running safely and efficiently.
