Overview and Responsibilities The Associate Vice President of Operations, Infrastructure, Safety & Campus Experience is responsible for all functions associated with planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations of College facilities and supporting services, as well as real estate management, energy management, sustainability, risk management, motor fleet management and College-wide safety and security programs to ensure the safety of students, employees and visitors. This position shall be responsible to provide a safe and secure environment; create spaces which enhance learning; operate efficient and effective facilities; maintaining facilities that are clean and comfortable and optimizing revenue-generating opportunities related to facilities and real estate while maintaining CVTC’s mission.
