Our Store Leaders are vital stakeholders in our business. They are the face of the Asurion store network and drivers of our growth trajectory. At uBreakiFix by Asurion, we are the go-to destination for tech help, offering solutions for everything from cell phones to laptops. As a Store Leader, you will be a key driver of our growth and success. Starting Pay: $23.63: - $23.63 per hour + uncapped commission + profit sharing - Average monthly incentive potential: $800, with unlimited earning potential! As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for: · Leading your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales , speed, and profit. · Coaching and motivating your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service . · Ensuring a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same. · Maintaining store operations , including inventory management , a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion’s values.
