Market Development Manager

Job description

The Market Development Manager will serve as a key resource to lead patient/consumer marketing efforts for Interventional Urology (IU). This position is responsible for aligning to the strategic direction of the IU Market Development team with execution and implementation of market development strategies and tactics to accelerate growth for the IU product portfolios. This includes development of programs and initiatives that educate patients and health care practitioners on the therapies in Interventional Urology. Major Areas of Accountability: - Manages assigned market development initiatives including: patient/consumer marketing plans, marketing/educational content, budgets, and ongoing promotion campaigns - Understands the patient decision making process and journey to inform strategy and identify opportunities for better education. - Collaborate with other marketers to ensure messaging alignment, share data and campaign results, and leverage synergies across the Interventional Urology business to ensure best practices and best-in-class patient marketing. - Coordinates with internal partners and external vendors to execute omnichannel patient awareness and conversion programs -...
