What you’ll do as a Senior Credit Analyst: - Action loan applications including both new mortgage applications, personal loan applications and variations. - making quality credit risk decisions, managing credit quality issues and input to changes to credit policies, credit tools / guidelines and lending processes to support the business growth agenda - Build and nurture internal and external relationships including; internal lending officers, branches, brokers, white label funding partners, business support teams, relationships with mortgage insurers and funding panels with the purpose of maximising the acceptance of loan applications - deliver excellent customer service experience through an engaged and capable team and timely and accurate assessment decisions - promote a positive and collaborative culture - Provide mentoring and guidance to internal lending officers, brand p...
