Position Summary: The Penske Maintenance Coordinator position is focused on managing inventory and administrative processes of the branch (branches) that support maintenance operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction and profitability. Work Location: 706 Gil Harbin Industrial Blvd, Valdosta GA 31601 Work Schedule: Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. This position, at this location, offers shift differentials that will vary based on schedule: - Second shift ($2.00 starting after 11am) - Third shift ($3.00 starting after 9pm) - Weekend work ($2.00 Saturdays and Sundays regardless of start time) Major Responsibilities: Inventory Productivity: - Full oversight of inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service support while mitigating risk of inventory loss. - Maintain optimal inventory levels through ordering parts according to sourcing procedure ensuring suppliers deliver purchases defect-free and on-time through partnering with Centralized Parts Ordering on a daily basis. - Receive and store parts in an organized and easily accessible manner.
