Senior Business Analyst - International

Job description

Mayo Clinic International is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance and ensure our systems effectively enable business needs. The Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders to define objectives, map and improve workflows, analyze data, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and end-to-end solutions from discovery through deployment. This position requires the ability to travel to Rochester approximately once per month, as needed. - Provides business analysis services at the site and/or enterprise level with initiatives and project work in operations, practice, work units, technical areas, suppliers, and others. - Understands and considers both the business and the technical needs of customers with the goal of providing quality products, processes and follow-up that meets business objectives in alignment with strategy. - Examines costs, benefits and risks associated with proposed and ongoing initiatives and / or projects and recommends solutions and enhancements throughout the business life cycle. - Collaborates with stakeholders and users to synthesize and consolidate informat...
