You will work across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to ensure our most important strategic programs stay on track. By setting the standards for how we work, you help the entire business move faster and more effectively. Your work has a direct impact on how we deliver memories to our customers. You will partner with leaders across the group to mature our project management capabilities and handle complex dependencies. You are the glue that holds cross-functional initiatives together, ensuring every department is aligned and moving toward the same ambitious goals. How you embrace curiosity daily: Find new ways to coordinate work across different teams to manage dependencies and keep things moving. Build and maintain a clear reporting framework so everyone has the information they need to make good decisions.
