Partner Sales Executive (US) – Hunter Profile Build the US business. Own pipeline. Close deals. Scale to VP. The Mission We are resetting and rebuilding our US go-to-market. This is not a “from scratch” story: We already have an established US presence with ~$15M revenue We are a $100M+ revenue company globally Now we are rebuilding the sales team with a clear focus on execution, pipeline and growth. This is not a “channel management” role. This is a hunter role in a partner-led model. You will: If you meet your goals, you will help reshape and scale the US business and can grow into VP Sales US within 12–24 months - build pipeline through partners - drive deals end-to-end - close business yourself What You’ll Do: This is not: waiting for partner leads, internal coordination, slide-making This is: hunting, pushing, closing What We’re Looking For We are looking for A-Players. - Build your own pipeline – using partners as a force multiplier - Identify, activate, and push partners into real deal creation - Run deals end-to-end (qualification → close) - Own a full revenue quota - Work directly with senior leadership (CEO / CRO) - Help define how modern partner-led sales actually works...
