Learning & Development Specialist: Wythenshawe Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week DSV is looking for a passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team in Manchester. What will you be doing?: - Support with conducting training needs analyses in partnership with HR and business leaders. - Assist with the design, sourcing, and delivery of high‑impact learning solutions—including virtual, in‑person, and e‑learning programs—focused on personal effectiveness and leadership. - Support with creating engaging digital learning content using tools such as Rise, Storyline 360, and Vyond. - Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and excellent user experience. - Track and report training attendance, working with managers to resolve any barriers. - Coordinate com...
