As a Real Estate Paralegal , you will independently support the resolution of legal issues within our Real Estate practice. The Real Estate Paralegal handles closings start to finish from drafting purchase agreements, reviewing title agreements and surveys, and handling closing documentation. This role exercises sound judgment on routine to moderately complex matters, escalating issues as appropriate. Key Responsibilities: - Provides legal and administrative support, including document preparation and review; factual research and investigation; coordination of information from internal and external sources; and litigation, trial and/or transactional preparation as assigned. - Conducts legal and factual research and identify relevant information, witnesses, parties, and subject matter resources for matters within the assigned practice area. - Prepare standard and specialized legal documents for internal and external stakeholders with general attorney oversight, identifying issues and escalating as needed. - Draft, prepare, and distribute non-standard correspondence, mem...
