As Director, Data (GFS) for Europe, you will be at the forefront of WTW’s commercial strategy for the Global Banking and Financial Services (GFS) Study. Your mission: drive growth, foster client satisfaction, and ensure our data-driven insights empower Europe’s leading financial institutions. You will work hand in hand with the European Financial Services advisory teams to ensure that GFS data, benchmarks and analyses are tailored to banking clients’ needs across Europe and are used consistently in advisory work. The position is a member of the European Financial Services team and has a matrix reporting to the European Financial Services leader (based in Europe) and the GFS leader (based in the US). The Director will collaborate with a team of senior professionals, in Europe and the US, to enhance business development, optimize client relationships, and align organizational objectives with evolving market demands. The Director will also provide expert guidance on the use of GFS data in advisory engagements, acting as the primary point of contact between advisory teams and the GFS data programme for European banking clients.
