Job Description SUMMARY : The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for handling a broad range of employee relations cases and investigations. This role partners with HRBP’s, leadership, employees and legal to ensure ER matters are handled fair and consistent. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. - Investigate employee relations cases such as policy violations, interpersonal conflicts, performance concerns and workplace behavior issues - Conduct structured interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses to gather relevant facts - Document findings and recommendations in a clear, objective, and compliant manner - Provide guidance to managers on performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation - Identify ER patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement - Assist with policy updates and help ensure consistent application across teams and departments - Partner with HR teams on engagement initiatives or training needs - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local empl...
