Requirements: Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). - 7+ years of progressive finance experience in CPG, food, or beverage manufacturing. - Strong background in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. - Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). - Familiarity with manufacturing systems. - Knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory controls.
