Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn Status: Full-time/100% on-site Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Content Production Assistant will support the content production team by assisting with various pre-production and on-set needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist with all pre-production and on-set needs including: Creating and distributing call sheets for shoots. Maintaining and updating contact sheets regularly. Processing invoices and assisting with budget tracking. Entering and tracking content expenses. Organize catering for shoots with appropriate vendors. Set up and breakdown of production related items at shoots. Coordinate and schedule meetings, including reserving conference rooms and sending reminders. Conduct research for content projects and gather relevant information (including scouting locations). Manage and organize production equipment and materials.
