Production Operator

Job description

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES: Work within and adhere to the safety practices established within the company. Meet or exceed production requirements based on information and/or equipment used in the course of work performance. Preventative maintenance of equipment used in the course of work performance. Maintain accurate record keeping within the department. Repackage product into proper containers. Container preparation. (Labeling, stenciling, placarding, etc.). Equipment maintenance. Product sampling and quality control in conjunction with Laboratory personnel. Maintain clean working environment. Loading/unloading or outbound/inbound tankers. Maintains assigned production area and assures that it is operated within operating procedures and/or process descriptions. Receive Initial and Annual Hazardous Waste Management Training. YOUR PROFILE: Education and Experience: Ability to maintain a good safety and attendance record. Thorough understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to work cooperatively with other departments and personnel in meeting customer needs.
