Workforce Strategy Analyst in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: This position is a mid-level position within the People Strategy team that will assist with workforce planning. Candidate needs a strong level of experience working in data analytics to include complex analysis in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, if/then, etc). Highly preferred if you have experience in Power BI and/or Visier. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years demonstrated data and analytics experience. Position Purpose: As a member of the People Strategy team, you will apply your skills to solve open-ended, complex questions about how we should attract, develop and retain talent as well as taking actionable insights to support organizational effectiveness.
