The Data Analyst translates operational and transactional data into actionable insights that improve Inventory optimization, supplier performance, procurement efficiency, material flow and warehouse operations, as well as cost, service level, and working capital performance ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties as assigned by management. - Extract, clean, and consolidate data from systems such as SAP - Build and maintain reliable datasets and data models for: Inventory positions, demand and forecast data, purchase orders, and supplier lead times, and ensure data integrity through validation rules and audits. Design and maintain dashboards for: - Inventory (DOH, turns, excess/obsolete) - Supplier performance (lead time, quality, delivery adherence) - Procurement KPIs (spend, contract compliance) - Automate recurring reports and eliminate manual processes - Analyze safety stock levels to support customer orders - Provide data on demand variability and h...
