Position Overview: We are looking for a Legalization Consultant based in Washington, DC to support clients with document authentication, legalization services, and travel document requirements. This role involves customer service, document processing, legalization and authentication of documents, and communication with clients and government agencies, ensuring submissions are accurate and completed on time. The successful candidate will review and prepare documentation, manage legalization requests, coordinate submissions and collections, and track progress, while maintaining strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience in customer service, administration, or document processing, working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Analyzes customer legalization requests to provide clear direction to fulfill requests.
