Pay starts at $18/hour; increases to $19/hour after 6 months; increases to $20/hour after 1 year Work schedule: Full-time; 12-hour shift (day 6am-6pm or night 6pm-6am); Bi-weekly schedule with 3-day weekend off every other weekend. What you’ll do: Responsible for the custody and discipline of Inmates in the facility in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) directives.
