Schedule/Hours: Second Shift: Tuesday-Wednesday- Thursday, 5pm-5:30 am Overview/Purpose: Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains a variety of equipment & positions throughout the Terra Chips Processing Area. This is to aide in the final goal of making a safe, quality finished good for the end consumer. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supplying raw vegetables to the production line - Monitoring vegetable size profile & taking action if needed - Monitoring slice thickness & making adjustments as needed - Monitoring fryer settings to ensure finished product is within moisture quality specifications - Keeping up with housekeeping throughout the entire shift to stay within quality, food safety & safety standards - Cleaning fryers as needed to address oil quality issues - Documenting equipment setpoints & performing quality checks - Other duties as assigned Requirements: (Candidates with prior certification are strongly preferred.) - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Proven strong safety record - Ability to work well w...
