Production Supervisor

Job description

Our Team We are looking for a Production Supervisor, in a 4-shift pattern! This roles are crucial for leading and inspiring our production team to achieve our goals and maintain a high-performance work environment. You will work closely with other supervisors to ensure we meet our targets in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. What You Will Do: Lead, manage, and coordinate the daily production on your shift, including planning team schedules and breaks. Ensure we meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and productivity. Train and develop your team members, providing performance reviews and feedback. Work with the Operations Manager to support HR strategies, including interviewing new team members. Identify and solve any issues in the production process (quality, planning, machine problems). Conduct shift meetings and handovers to ensure smooth communication and a consistent workflow. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, making sure all procedures and standards are followed.
