Quality Assurance Manager II

Job description

Overview The Manager II, Quality, will lead Quality team members and specialists across multiple shifts and facilities dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service for Chick-Fil-A restaurant Operators while ensuring food safety and the achievement of several critical key performance indicators (KPIs). This role will support multiple seamless lab and manufacturing operations. The Quality Manager II will help drive continued innovation and provide quality systems in leadership, supervision and training to BCF manufacturing facilities. You will lead quality and food safety teams following BCF guidelines, while monitoring product quality trends and implementing corrective/preventative actions as needed, leading to continuous quality improvement. This position manages the laboratories or production floor activities while participating in quality and food safe initiated improvement projects and provides temporary project support as needed for innovation, research & development (R&D) and pilot projects at Bay Center.
