The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, brand aligned content that strengthens the institution’s digital presence across all social platforms. This role will create compelling content, graphics, and short form video while maintaining compliance with financial industry regulations. The position is critical in enhancing customer trust, promoting financial education, presenting our products and services, and elevating the institution’s reputation in the communities we serve. Creates high quality social media content (copy, graphics, videos, animations) that supports brand goals and both marketing and social media campaign objectives. Own daily posting schedules across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. Produces short form video content that aligns with trending formats while maintaining brand integrity. Collaborates with internal partners to translate business priorities into compelling digital stories. Ensures all content adheres to regulatory, compliance, and accessibility requirements (e.g., ADA digital standards).
