Title: Assistant Director of Capital Assets State Role Title: Gen Admin Supv II/Coord II Hiring Range: $71,000.00-$95,000.00: Pay Band: 5: Agency: Department of Forestry: Location: CHARLOTTESVILLE-DOF: Agency Website: www.dof.virginia.gov: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties: Provide oversight and leadership for Capital Outlay Projects providing administrative and technical efficiency, effectiveness and to ensure the Agency goals and objectives are accomplished while implementing Project Management best practices. Manage the Consultant Program for Statewide Capital Outlay Projects appropriated in the Capital Budget. Provide assistance to other divisions for building related architectural and engineering (A/E) services. Provide assistance to the Procurement Office in the management, preparation and distribution of the Bid Documents for all building construction projects. Assure A/E contracts issued are in accordance with the Construction and Professional Services Manual (CPSM) and Department policy.
