Berkeley College is looking for a Dean, School of Health Studies, who reports to the Provost and has overall responsibility for planning, managing, and assessing all academic programs offered by the School of Health Studies; attaining and maintaining program accreditation; leading the processes for hiring and evaluating full-time and part-time faculty; maintaining strong relationships with advisory boards and specialized accrediting bodies and overseeing all activities that contribute to student access, retention, learning and success in the School of Health Studies. The Dean is the academic leader of the School of Health Studies and will have the vision and experience in curriculum development to ensure that the School of Health Studies programs are academically rigorous and competitive in the market. The Dean will demonstrate leadership in program and curriculum development; possess advanced administrative, organizational, and communication skills and promote excellence in teaching and learning.
