Job description

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive facility development strategy aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and growth objectives Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses to identify opportunities for new facilities or expansion of existing ones Lead the planning and execution of major capital projects, ensuring they meet organizational needs and quality standards Work closely with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to ensure facility designs meet operational requirements and enhance the patient experience Oversee all phases of facility projects, from initial concept and design to construction and occupancy Ensure all facility projects comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including healthcare-specific requirements (e.g., ADA, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards) Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, or safety concerns Develop and manage budgets for facility development projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial stewardship Vendor and Contract with architects, contractors, and other vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service delivery....
