Job description

This leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight for the Facilities Project Services department within Facilities & Support Services, with responsibility for leading facility planning, renovation, and construction project delivery. Ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Provides leadership and direction for construction and project management teams, guiding projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout while supporting the organization’s facility and infrastructure needs. Responsible for ensuring assigned work units are providing services at a professional level. Provides leadership and direction to supervisors and staff within Facilities & Support Services to ensure operations and strategic goals are met. Provides overall guidance and direction to ensure consistency of facilities standards, policies, procedures, and processes, as well as collaboration at the regional and enterprise level.
