Product Manager

Job description

We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead in-market product promotion and marketing initiatives across the EMEAI region. This role will play a key part in accelerating product adoption, strengthening customer engagement, and driving commercial performance. You will partner closely with Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to deliver impactful programmes that resonate with surgeons, optometrists, and patients. What will you do?: - Develop and execute regional marketing plans, including promotional materials (brochures, digital, video, web), advertising strategy, media placement, and country-specific pricing strategies, while managing budgets and tracking performance metrics to drive adoption and account penetration - Lead market development initiatives by implementing practice development programmes, enhancing clinical adoption tools, advancing patient and consumer education, and partnering with field teams to address access and reimbursement barriers and execute targeted direct-to-consumer strategies - Drive optometric engagement through targeted programmes, educational initiatives, performance tracking, and relationship-building wi...
