This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with HR leadership while helping shape workforce systems, training, communications, and operational excellence across one of Virginia’ largest public service agencies. DBHDS operates 12 state facilities and partners with 40 Community Service Boards to provide behavioral health, intellectual disability, and substance use services across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
