As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: - Support the financial operations of Physician Enterprise as well as other AHC entities on an as needed basis. - Analyze physician compensation plans, productivity metrics, and incentive structures. - Prepare compensation models, forecasts, and financial impact analyses. - Ensure compensation arrangements comply with applicable healthcare regulations (e.g., fair market value standards and regulatory guidelines). - Maintain and update compensation files, tracking productivity measures such as RVUs, quality metrics, and performance incentives. - Audit physician compensation payments for accuracy and consistency. - Support contract review and compensation benchmarking activities. - Generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership. - Assist with compensation plan design, implementation, and revisions. - Document policies, procedu...
