JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE: Direct, coordinate and plan sales support activities, overseeing a team of sales support associates. Responsible for leading the team, hiring, providing performance feedback, setting individual and team expectations. Assigned to lead work on high-priority and more complex accounts with assigned senior sales team. Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
