What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead and coordinate daily shift operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals. - Direct and support team members to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication. - Monitor processes and address operational issues to minimize downtime. - Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Complete shift reporting and communicate key updates to plant leadership.
