Key Responsibilities: Act under the coordination of the Head of Construction South Coordinate the Project Management since the tender stage until the opening of the Hotels Analyze and study the specifications and other elements of the Hotel projects to make proposals for improvement/optimization Coordinate the Management of Tenders: Manage procurement and contracting processes: Control and monitor the programming and planning of the Macro Project Execute the Financial Management of the Macro Project Manage the processes with the Hotel brands Control the supplies and assemblies of direct contracts Manage the entire process of quality control of construction with t...
