As the Manager – SMB Sales Engineering, you will lead a technical team driving revenue growth within the Small-Medium Business (SMB) segment. This role blends deep 100% fiber based technical expertise with sales, construction and operational experience to support property owners, developers, and operational teams through solution design, site survey completion and construction costs, enabling high-performance execution across property owners, developers, and SMB operators. This Manager plays a critical role in optimizing SMB operational workflows, improving the end-to-end quote-to-cash process by increasing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
