Description Main Purpose: To perform and coordinate all assigned project management functions, including but not limited to liaison between company and customer/customers on-site inspectors, the direction of project scheduling and yard operations, communication on project status with management, project cost with corporate accounting, and completion of assigned projects within allotted periods and profit projections. Essential Functions: - Review project contracts and ensure an in-depth working knowledge of job specifications, material requirements, completion dates etc. - Coordinate and direct project activities with appropriate operational personnel to ensure an open flow of communications avoiding delays, cost overruns, fabrication errors etc. - Maintain positive liaison with customers, on-site customer inspectors and management to ensure an open line of communication regarding customer concerns, complaints, change orders and follow up accordingly with all applicable company management supervisors - Assist the client in developing work packs, associated budgets and execution sequences - Communicate with the Project Manager regarding the scheduling of material delivery, material...
