VP Area: Nursing School Department: Nursing School: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Benefit Eligibility: Yes: Position Summary: The Advanced Practice Clinical Liaison facilitates partnerships with healthcare organizations and community agencies to develop clinical site opportunities to support the education of students in the Kramer School of Nursing Advanced Practice Programs. The Liaison is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and maintaining clinical placement opportunities for students in support of established curriculum, success measures, and compliance requirements. The Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and external entities throughout the placement acquisition and assignment process. The Liaison reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with other staff and faculty within the Kramer School of Nursing. Minimum Qualifications: - A minimum of two years’ direct experience in coordinating clinical placement or three years’ experience in health care management, health care delivery, and/or higher education administrative coordination. - A bachelor’s degree is required.
